Are you ready to become the next star at Roboyo? We are seeking a Business Development Representative to join our APAC team, to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers.
Your attitude, integrity, and eagerness to learn and assist your prospects and customers are the key factors. The role will involve reaching out to prospects through LinkedIn, Conferences, and targeted marketing campaigns.
Your communication skills will allow you to cultivate strong relationships with customers and prospects. If you are motivated and results-driven, and enjoy working in a team environment, with a passion to learn new automation technologies, we'd like to meet you.

Within this role your responsibilities and tasks will include: Outbound prospecting / Lead generation / Opportunity qualification
Develop client contact strategies and conduct business development calls
Manage leads, contacts, accounts and deals pro-actively with related responsible to ensure follow ups, calls and meetings are executed as planned
Present solutions to prospective customers, engage prospects to determine customer needs and demonstrate how our solutions can meet those goals
Facilitate Hyperautomation events such as workshops or virtual trainings to drive awareness/buzz
Support deal pricing and margin calculations
Support sales planning for various periods, regions and products/services
Meet/exceed assigned revenue goals
Share best practices and opportunities from your experience across pursuits
Stay current on industry trends, market activities, regulatory impacts and competitors
This role has a dedicated focus on prospecting and qualifying leads as you act as a trusted advisor to deeply understand their unique company challenges and goals. You will consult with customers and provide guidance at every stage on their automation journey.
Requirements Experience and skills you'll need to do what you love at Roboyo: Selling experience to senior executives is a plus
Experience selling or prospecting for technology platforms and services is a plus
Success in uncovering new opportunities with persistent sales outreach via creative social selling and use of prospecting tools including LinkedIn
Enthusiasm for topics such as automation, digitization or artificial intelligence
Analytical and conceptual thinking as well as entrepreneurial thinking
Team player with a positive attitude
Persistent and skilled in stakeholder management to ensure relationships are moving towards a pitch by the Account Executive
