The Business Development Leader will be responsible for strategizing and actively participating in the marketing funnel and sales process (the 'Biz Dev Engine') they build. This role demands an individual with a forward-thinking approach, capable of developing and refining sales and marketing strategies and tactics while engaging hands-on in implementing these strategies/tactics within the operational framework of our company. The primary objectives of this role include:
Conducting detailed market analysis to understand the target segment and their needs. Generating high-quality leads and moving them through the marketing funnel (from awareness to intent meeting). Assessing Need-Solution Fit at each stage of the funnel. Nurturing client relationships to ensure sustained and scalable business growth. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Creating and refining sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and meet organizational objectives. Continuously assessing and adjusting strategies based on market dynamics and internal feedback. Generating and nurturing high-quality leads aligned with the organization's target market. Implementing strategies to attract and convert prospects into clients. Conducting and maintaining an updated competitive landscape and market analysis. Utilizing insights to adapt strategies and identify opportunities for differentiation. Client Relationship Management: Cultivating and managing relationships with prospective and existing clients. Maintaining an exceptional client experience that thinks ahead to the client's next need and goes above and beyond their expectations in every interaction. QUALIFICATIONS Candidate must have at least 3 years of Business Development experience. Candidate must have an engineering or mining background, or have experience dealing with electric motors or automation systems. #J-18808-Ljbffr
