As a Business Development Officer, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and expansion opportunities in the region.
You will be at the forefront of establishing and nurturing partnerships, identifying new business avenues, and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance our market presence and reach.
Responsibilities Include: Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and industry needs Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, key stakeholders, organisations and individuals seeking training services Implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute strategic plans for business expansion and growth Build and nurture a network of strategic partners, industry associations and key stakeholders Foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork across departments to ensure a smooth delivery of training programs and services Understand client needs, offer tailored solutions, and negotiate contracts About You: Proven experience in Business Development, Sales or related roles within the Vocational Education & Training sector is desirable Excellent networking and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders and influence decision-makers. Proven track record of achieving sales targets, driving revenue growth, and delivering measurable outcomes in a business development role.
