Engage with brokers regularly via phone and email, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions within our commercial insurance offerings.
Proactively identify new business opportunities by analysing broker feedback and market trends, driving sales growth in alignment with our clients goals.
Show initiative in understanding Broker profiles and commercial insurance products, aligning solutions with client needs.
Work collaboratively with internal teams to support and streamline the broker experience, coordinating with underwriting, claims, and service teams to meet broker needs effectively.
Maintain a high level of responsiveness, ensuring timely and proactive communication to resolve inquiries or provide information.
Monitor market developments and competitive landscape, providing insights to the team to support our clients positioning and offerings.

Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on responsiveness and customer service.
Ability to establish and nurture positive working relationships with brokers, demonstrating reliability, initiative, and a client-focused mindset.
Proven experience in customer service / business development, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple requests, follow-ups, and opportunities proactively.
Strong collaboration and negotiation skills.
Qualifications Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Confidence and comfort in phone communication, with the ability to provide clear, compelling information to brokers.
Previous experience in commercial insurance or a related field is an asset.
Australian Permanent Residency.
Completed bachelor's degree in any field preferable.
