This includes driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, fostering relationships with clients, and expanding our market presence to promote our outdoor recreation services. We are looking for a highly motivated and strategic thinker with a passion for the outdoors and a proven ability to drive business growth. If this sounds like you, click 'apply' to be taken directly to our PCYC careers page to download the Position Description and obtain more information.About YouMinimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably within the outdoor recreation or education industry.Proven track record of successfully achieving sales targets and driving business growth.Ability to manage client expectations and ensure high levels of satisfaction.Strong interpersonal skills with a history of building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.Current Driver's License, able to travel as required.Highly DesirableExperience in using CRM software and data analysis tools to track performance and inform strategy.Tertiary qualifications in business and/or recreation discipline.Please note: Working With Children Check (Blue Card) No Card, No Start and Restricted Person legislation applies.
