Your new role We are looking for an energetic and motivated person who has taken keen interest in property, and would be interested in joining a fantastic team. Reporting to the Sales Manager, some of your responsibilities in this role will include, but are not limited to: Directly engage with our customers, build relationships, and provide tax depreciation education Assess property depreciation potential Convert quotes to sales Proactively seek out new alliances and opportunities to build growth Manage incoming enquiries and make outbound calls. Complete inspections on residential and commercial properties Assist the inspection team with property inspections at short notice. What you'll need to succeed We are looking for a genuine person who has strong inter-personal and relationship-building skills. You can work well autonomously and are results-driven. We are looking for exceptional communication skills via email and phone with current and prospective clients and representing the organisation through completing property inspections. To be considered for this role, we are looking for reliable, organised and hardworking individuals along with: Previous experience within a phone-based sales or customer service environment Excellent customer service skills The ability to work towards key targets Exceptional time management Professional, confident, and effective written and verbal communication skills A designated work area and stable internet connection Proficient computer skills Flexibility and desire to get away from your desk and complete property inspections at short notice The ability to complete 3 weeks of induction training from our head office in NSW.
