About the Role Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships?
Join our team as a Business Development Officer at BOQ Group.
In this role, you will assist Business Development Managers (BDMs) with administrative functions to support brokers while delivering a high level of customer service to ME accredited brokers and aggregators.
You will be responsible for resolving issues, answering broker-initiated inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Your expertise in ME products, Credit Policy, Post Origination, and Post Settlement processes will be crucial in driving sales results and converting home loans.

You are knowledgeable in ME products and processes and are skilled at resolving issues efficiently.
