We're now seeking an experienced Business Development Manager or perhaps a experienced contractor with a wealth of technical knowledge but is ready to take their next step in their career. The aim is to drive growth, foster relationships with high-end builders, and represent our diverse range of materials with passion and integrity.
Role Overview: The Business Development Manager will play a key role in expanding our footprint in the high-end construction sector. This position involves identifying opportunities within both the commercial and residential construction industry and ensuring they have access to the finest materials to bring their visions to life. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of premium building products, a well-established network in the industry, and a strong track record of sales growth.
Responsibilities:  •    Build and nurture relationships with Tier 1 builders, developers and subcontractors, positioning our company as their go-to supplier for high-quality solutions and materials.
    •    Develop and implement a strategic growth plan to expand the company's presence within high-end markets.
    •    Identify and pursue new business opportunities, presenting our product range to prospective clients.
    •    Maintain a thorough knowledge of the latest trends and innovations in building materials, with a focus on sustainable and diverse options.
    •    Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and product development teams to align on strategies that enhance market competitiveness.
    •    Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
Qualifications:     •    5+ years of business development experience in the building materials or construction industry, with a focus on high-end markets.
    •    Proven success working with Tier 1 builders, developers and subcontractors.
    •    Strong understanding of diverse, high-quality building materials and their applications.
    •    Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    •    Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented.
    •    Willingness to travel as required.
