The average Sales Consultants are earning $300K in their 3rd year.Strong career path and progression.Recession-proof industry where businesses increase their needs; hop on board now to build a massive business in your region.Key Responsibilities: Manage the full sales cycle, from generating new business opportunities to closing deals with a diverse range of clients.Utilise a consultative sales approach to uncover and address customer challenges.Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and clients, tapping into existing networks and new leads.Engage in outbound activities such as calls, emails, and presentations to secure new business.Foster solid relationships with clients, ensuring targets are exceeded through exceptional service and solution delivery.Deliver impactful face-to-face presentations to potential clients.What We're Looking For: At least 5+ years of new business development or sales experience.Welcoming people from new business sales background and have established networks in these regions.Confidence and resilience in cold calling and prospecting.A consultative selling approach with proven relationship-building skills.Experience engaging with a range of stakeholders across various industries.Strong track record of meeting and surpassing sales targets.Experience presenting to SME clients is advantageous.A positive, goal-oriented mindset with a passion for providing exceptional service.Respectful and professional demeanor.We are urgently looking for a BDM that can work in and live in the following territories - Harvey Bay, Bundaberg, Maryborough, Gympie and any town in the Wide Bay area.
