Your New Role
We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team and support our growth and retention targets.
This position supports our goal by proactively identifying, nurturing, and developing adviser relationships. You will ensure Aware Super's growth and retention targets are achieved through active pipeline and relationship management, insight-led selling, and a commitment to helping advisers.
How do you exceed our expectations? Demonstrated experience and networks across the financial advice marketExcellent understanding of superannuation and financial advice regulatory, operational and competitive environmentsComprehensive knowledge of current and proposed superannuation legislation, industry trends and superannuation productsPrior experience in a similar role is preferred with evidence of ability to improve results through licensee and adviser engagement activitiesHighly motivated and commercial self-starterExtensive experience in executing client engagement and service strategies, with strong planning, prioritisation and organisational skillsHigh level of business acumen, strong financial management, reporting and analysis skillsPresentation, public speaking, written and verbal communication skillsStrong external and internal relationship building skillsDemonstrated ability to assess opportunities and actRelevant tertiary qualificationsRG146 (Superannuation)Current Driver LicenceThe idea of being part of our growth is exciting and you want to play a pivotal role in making super simple.You are balanced in accepting risk in any decision you face.
