The BDM plays a crucial role in driving the growth and success of the organisation. Your experience will span across the full sales cycle to identify and capture new business opportunities within your dedicated territory in VIC (East or South & CBD).Your ExperiencePrevious New business BDM experience within a SaaS or related sales solutions.Experience with Challenge Sales Methodology is highly desirable; however, commercial acumen is essential, and a willingness to learn this and put it into practice is important.Embrace a results-oriented mindset, showcasing the ability to overcome obstacles and prioritize tasks to accomplish objectives.Excellent time management and task-switching capabilities.A self-starter, goal-oriented, and commercially savvy individual who excels in both team-based and autonomous environments.Company Culture/BenefitsBase salary is $120-$130K + super + car allowance + uncapped and competitive commission structure.
