The RolesThis position's expectations are to bring in new network connections and win business within the construction and trades business to retailers willing to sell the company's product, while providing a professional and knowledgeable service.
Furthermore, understanding industry trends and consistent product innovation is vital in this position in order to achieve financial targets set by sales management.
YouThe successful candidate must have a background of successful new business sales within the refrigeration/HVAC industry.
Ideally, you should have a strong network you can either bring across to the business or use to develop new partnerships to benefit the business financially, while being able to forecast and project sales turnover and establish a well-thought-out plan to ensure success.
The RewardOn offer is above industry standard, with an excellent base salary package of $100k-$120k and super, with a commissions structure and a provided fully maintained company vehicle.
