This role, reporting to the NSW State Manager, focuses on building and nurturing relationships with our clients in the underground coal mining industry.In this independent role, you'll join a dedicated, customer-oriented team that truly values hard work and recognises achievements. Your contributions will be essential to the long-term success of TS Global's business.REQUIREMENTSEnhance business operations to drive revenue growth and strengthen our market presence.Offer comprehensive support to our clients to sustain and increase their spending.Establish and nurture robust, enduring relationships with customers.Serve as the primary contact for select key clients of TS Global.Develop and implement effective collaborative business strategies with key customers.Ensure that the scope of work aligns with the requirements outlined in the service level agreements.Negotiate sales contracts and prepare customer quotations to optimise all sales opportunities.Coordinate with site employees regarding site needs and performance metrics.Directly contribute to TS Global's growth objectives in NSW.ABOUT YOUTo be successful in this role, you will have:Demonstrated expertise in cultivating new business opportunities and overseeing client accounts.Solid background in sales with experience in the underground coal mining sector, coal handling preparation plants, and conveyor systems.Strong understanding of business dynamics.Proficient in providing tailored solutions that meet client requirements.Motivated to support the growth of TS Global's operations.Outstanding skills in customer relations and negotiation.Excellent communication abilities, with a knack for effective listening and engagement.Strong time management and organisational capabilities.Enthusiastic, proactive, and professional demeanour.Advanced computer proficiency.Valid driver's license.Trade or engineering qualifications are highly valued.If you're looking for a company where you can grow and build a lasting career, think about joining TS Global.PRIOR TO EMPLOYMENTAll successful applicants with TS Global will be required to undertake a full pre-employment medical, including a full physical component along with drug and alcohol testing.TO APPLYTo apply for this role, please submit your resume detailing your employment history and skill set to the HR team by clicking "apply now".
