This is achieved using our 'Circle of Reliability' encompassing lubricant storage, lubricant handling and transfer, contamination control, education and auditing, point of use delivery/application and enhanced lubricant supply.
As the Key Account Manager, you will be working closely with the National Sales Manager to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies that are relevant to your region.
Responsibilities:
Account Management of existing client base New Business Development and onboarding of new clients Management and implementation of sales strategies (including targets) Conduct technical sales whilst providing sound advice to customers Conduct lubrication surveys on large capital equipment and site audits aiming to improve reliability and develop a solution utilising our technology Provide direct technical support and/or training to distributors or agents, as required Develop and maintain the sales pipeline for the region
About you:
General knowledge and experience in reliability engineering and/or maintenance of critical assets is highly advantageous Ability to prioritise and schedule your time and travel intra-state, providing on-site support to our customers in the region is essential Excellent Technical Sales background Ability to build meaningful and reliable relationships with clients, colleagues, and distributors A solid understanding of estimating and quoting An unwavering commitment to safety, good business ethics, business improvement and achieving results Demonstrated experience within a similar industry is beneficial
