Reporting to Oceania Business Manager, you will be a key member of the Bosch Communications team located in our offices in Norwest Business Park, Sydney.
You will be responsible for leading the sales in Public Address, reengaging past products for upgrade, searching for new sales opportunities, conducting client presentations as well as market research.
You will be working directly with End Users, Consultants and Integrators in large and small infrastructure projects to build relationships and deliver a solid and continuing sales pipeline.
The right fit will be a passionate relationship builder with an ability to grasp and present technical concepts.
An interest and understanding of audio solutions is an advantage but not essential if you have passion and drive, a mind that can lend itself to technical concepts and a desire to make a difference.
We are open to a range of backgrounds coming from technical business development positions where you have had to source sales opportunities and present technical product demonstrations to decision makers.
The Role Build and maintain strong relationships with a range of clients including End Users, Consultants, Integrators.
Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, market trends and competitive offerings.
Generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship management.
Deliver compelling presentations, highlighting the unique features of your audio and communication solutions.
Communicate regularly internally on sales activities and lead progression.
The Candidate Minimum 3 years' experience in a Business Development role in a relevant industry.
Strong communication skills (written, verbal and presentation).
A pleasant, genuine and engaging demeanour, not afraid to start a conversation or make a cold call and able to communicate with honesty and integrity.
A desire to make a difference and be part of a team.
Business/Audio Solutions background preferred but not a must.
Previous knowledge of Public Address and Evac systems advantageous but not essential.
Existing network within the Audio sector, consultants, vendors, distributors - highly advantageous.
