The BDM (TAC/ WorkSafe) will work within a close-knit and energetic team that includes colleagues in intake and client engagement.
A day in the life as the BDM (TAC/ WorkSafe) with CareChoice, some of your key tasks include: Executing the TAC/WorkCover pillar of the CareChoice Sales Strategy, including specific strategies for TAC/WorkCover referrers through the execution of proactive business development activities.Identifying and creating leads, vetting for quality and converting the lead into an intake meeting for Client Engagement Manager to facilitate.Driving activity with a focus on new referrers & creating repeat referrers.Identify opportunities for further growth and innovative approaches to sales/business development.Ensure leads/repeat referrers are updated in the CRM System (Lumary).Managing sales pipeline and reporting.Managing CareChoice presence at industry events, expos, conference stands, events, seminars, and forums as required.Relationship management of existing referrers/stakeholders.About you The successful candidate will have a pro-active attitude, a high degree of initiative and a strong desire to achieve outstanding results for our clients.
You'll be driven to perform the role with the highest level of professionalism and integrity; with the view of always representing the organisation in a positive and professional manner.
Ideally you'll have:
3+ years experience in a sales and business development role.TAC/WorkSafe sector experience highly regarded.Proven track record in meeting sales targets.A tenacious, driven approach to sales.Ability to identify opportunities, both small and large scale.Strong ability to build rapport with a wide range of individuals.Analytical approach to problem solving.High level computer literacy.Understanding of the disability sector would be an advantage.Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field highly desirable.Mandatory Requirements: Valid and current Victorian Driver's LicenceNDIS Worker Screening Clearance and Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain)NDIS Worker Orientation ModuleEmployment with CareChoice is subject to satisfactory background checks which include Professional References, Employee Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
