We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to drive business development initiatives and expand market presence in infrastructure projects. This pivotal role will shape the future workflow pipeline and ensure sustainable growth for our client.
Key Responsibilities: Strategically manage and forecast the company's future workflow pipeline.Drive business development initiatives to maximise sales growth and contribute to targets.Focus on business development specifically for infrastructure projects on a national level.Oversee and nurture existing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.Collaborate closely with managers to achieve growth targets aligned with company strategy.Lead the preparation and submission of tenders for various local, state, and federal government projects.Qualifications: Proven experience in business development, preferably in the surveying or town planning sectors.Strong understanding of the infrastructure development landscape in Australia.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and achieve targets.Experience with tender preparation and submission processes is highly desirable.Relevant qualifications in business, planning, surveying, or a related field.Flexibility to travel within Queensland as needed.What We Offer: Competitive salaryCompany carAttractive commission structureTo Apply
