The roleAs a Business Development Manager at Youfoodz you will be partnering with wholesale customers to drive growth of Youfoodz across the Southern part of NSW and the ACT through educating on new products and promotions. Helping them identify products which would benefit their business, how they could merchandise products, and providing ongoing account management support.

You will… These are the types of duties and tasks you are expected to 'run and own' in your role.
Business Development Lead generation, calling new business, referral schemesSales visits – discuss with prospective clients where they would merchandise, how they would drive the products best and how it would benefit their businessDemonstrations (showing prospective customers how to order online)Provide further information on delivery turnarounds, credit timeframes and sell through on the product linesLook at retention strategies to remain "sticky" with clients (e.g., client newsletters)Account Management First point of contact for customer concerns which need to be resolved as priorityCalls and visits to advise on new products, new ranges, deadlines for orders and promotionsProvide guidance to new customers on the ordering process and product mix of their ordersAssist existing customers in entering weekly orders and troubleshooting technologyCommunicate issues which will affect suppliers (e.g., delays in delivery)Record keeping (for customer files)Continue to make customers even happier with the service and product they receive through acting on customer feedback / requestsMerchandising Ensure Youfoodz has the best brand positioning in storeEnsure Youfoodz products are displayed correctly to drive maximum sales opportunityAnalyse merchandising trends to predict local impactWork with wholesale team and marketing to devise develop compelling strategic sales and marketing strategiesAdministration Complete weekly sales reports/forecastAttend weekly sales meetingProcess customer wastage creditsComplete chase sheetsComplete rolloversManage pricing and product lists and providing quotesYou have… 2+ years of business development experience.1+ FMCG Sales Experience.Strong understanding of the sales cycle.Proven success at converting leads into client sales.Experience working within the retail industry or working with small to large diverse retail clients.Excellent personal presentation, articulate communication.Strong relationship management.You are… Tech Savvy.Passionate for health and lifestyle brands.Happy to challenge the status quo and innovate.What you'll get in return… The chance to have a significant impact on one of the fastest-growing global food technology companies in an exciting growth phaseEgoless environment, constant learning with room for personal growthFree access to HeadspaceHelloFresh Academies - monthly internal learning & developmentA diverse and vibrant international environment, with offices in 18 countriesCompany discount - 40% off YoufoodzStart Date: Immediately available - Can wait a notice period
