We're excited to invite a driven and resourceful Business Development Manager to join our innovative team at St Mary's. Reporting to and supported by the Regional Sales Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in identifying and securing new business opportunities, cultivating strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth aligned with our ambitious goals.
In this role, you will: Forge strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their unique needs to deliver exceptional solutions.Work closely with internal teams to ensure flawless service delivery and client satisfaction.Develop compelling sales presentations and provide regular reports on account performance, revenue, and growth opportunities.Proactively seek out new sales leads and close high-impact deals, contributing to our mission of excellence and expansion.About You You're an experienced business development or relationship management professional with a talent for negotiation and a proven track record of success. Your communication skills are top-notch, enabling you to build meaningful connections with stakeholders at all levels.
A natural go-getter, you thrive on the thrill of hunting for new opportunities, thriving in a fast-paced environment where you effectively juggle priorities, meet deadlines, and exceed targets. As a strategic thinker, you're skilled at spotting opportunities, analysing market trends, and crafting actionable plans to drive growth.
Tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office, you ideally have experience with CRM tools, equipping you with the insights and efficiency to excel in your role.
