THE ROLE
As the Business Development Manager for our Heat Pump division, you will play a key role in driving growth and expanding market share. You will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing key client relationships, and implementing strategic sales plans to promote our innovative heat pump solutions.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE NEEDED Develop and implement business development strategies to expand our Heat Pump division.Build and develop relationships with Builders, Developers, and service our existing customers through the distributor channel (Plumbing Merchants).Deliver presentations and technical information to clients and partners about heat pump products and benefits.Achieve sales targets and manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to close.Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, product development, and technical support to ensure customer satisfaction.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the renewable energy space.Highly motivated, committed, team-focused, and reliable.Problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills.Excellent written and communication skills.Must be an Australian Permanent resident/Citizen.Salary and Benefits Base $100,000 - $120,000Additional superannuationCompany VehicleCommission on top.Career progression opportunities.How to Apply Click APPLY or you can send your resume to ******.
