Mills Recruitment is seeking a Business Development Manager – Seals to join our client, a world leader in rotational solutions, in either Sydney or Melbourne.

From machinery to aeroplane engines and everyday household products, their solutions are integral to the functioning of products worldwide.

About the Role
This role focuses on driving profitable growth in the Seals market by generating new business and promoting value-added solutions. You will collaborate with partners and teams to enhance product knowledge, create opportunities, and champion seals products to drive sustainable sales growth.

Key Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic business plans for seals products.Identify and qualify potential leads from diverse sources, including digital campaigns, tradeshows, and customer referrals.Collaborate with stakeholders (Customer Experience, Marketing, Logistics, Application Engineering) to deliver exceptional customer value.Manage Requests for Quotations (RFQs) and ensure rigorous follow-ups to align with order stages.Maintain and utilise CRM systems (C4C) and prepare comprehensive reports.Present solutions and product offerings to potential clients in a structured and impactful manner.About you: Tertiary qualifications in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role focused on seals products.Proven track record in business development with a strong technical background.Industry experience in Mining, Power, Oil & Gas, Cement, and Food & Beverage.Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.Proficient in Office 365 tools (PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Power BI).Valid Driver's License.Customer-oriented with a proactive mindset and strong business acumen.Skilled in stakeholder collaboration and distribution channel management.Enthusiastic about technical products and eager to expand and share knowledge.Apply now or contact Kirsty Quinn at ****** for more details.
