Business Development Manager – Sales

This individual will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding market share within targeted industries. The ideal candidate is a results-driven professional with a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Market Research: Identify new clients and analyse market trends. Lead Generation: Build and manage a sales pipeline. Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong client connections. Sales Strategy: Collaborate on sales plans and prioritise growth opportunities. Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations and close deals. Internal Collaboration: Work with teams to ensure client satisfaction. About You Experience: 5+ years in sales or business development, preferably in Talent Assessment or HCM.
