The business specialises in improving patient health outcomes, managing data systems and supports enterprise clients delivering IT projects and services with strong communication and collaboration practices to grow within the company.
They are seeking a Business Development Manager to play an important role in growing their client portfolio across QLD & NT.
The Role: Meet sales and performance targets within the assigned state or region. Identify and generate new leads through effective prospecting methods, progressing them through the sales pipeline. Oversee the entire sales cycle, from initial discovery to closing deals, ensuring consistent follow-up with prospects and customers. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and certified advisors to drive retention and growth. Deliver engaging onsite or virtual demonstrations that clearly articulate the value of product offerings. Develop and execute quarterly business plans for the designated state or region in collaboration with the Head of Sales. Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales methodologies to address customer needs and effectively handle objections. What you'll get: Great base salary - $140k plus super, plus bonus Birthday leave Great flexibility - 3 days from home Excellent career progression opportunities - future leaders programme 100 - 150 warm leads a month Mobile allowance, subsidised health insurance $500 WFH allowance Opportunity to join a highly successful and growing business Extra volunteer leave What you'll need: 3+ years' experience in selling solution software to SME and mid market clients Experience in medical industry is desired but not essential Identify, pitch, present business solutions to potential clients Effective pipeline management in line with your budget and overall business goals A proven track record in hitting and exceeding sales targets within SME accounts Strong enthusiasm, energy and drive to succeed Effective stakeholder management Exceptional presentation and communication skills You will need full Australian Working Rights (Australia Citizen or Permanent Resident).
