What will you be doing? As a Business Development Manager at iDU, you will:
Drive Opportunity Generation: Focus on building a robust sales pipeline through proactive outreach and relationship-building with prospective clients.Prospect Outreach: Engage with potential customers across multiple channels, including phone and email, to generate interest and qualify leads.Client Relationship Management: Develop and nurture relationships with new clients, while ensuring excellent service for existing clients to foster long-term partnerships.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product teams to ensure the business development strategy aligns with market needs, supporting product growth.CRM Management: Utilize CRM systems to track and manage sales activities, ensuring timely and relevant communication with prospects. About You: Experience: 2+ years in business development within a B2B SaaS environment.Relationship-Building Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to cultivate and maintain lasting business relationships.Proven Success: Demonstrated experience in generating new business opportunities and managing outreach efforts effectively.Goal-Oriented: Self-motivated and results-driven, with a track record of achieving sales targets.Team-Oriented: Able to work independently and collaboratively within a high-performing team.
