Responsibilities will include driving growth from existing customers and supporting their existing expansion phase through new customer acquisition (business development).
Your geographic area will be Sydney, CBD, Metro, and West Sydney.
Key Responsibilities: Exceed sales targets with existing clients, improving communication across orders, new product launches, and more.
Develop new businesses and introduce products to new pharmacies and hospital pharmacies.
Develop specific business plans to grow existing customer sales.
Identify and secure new business opportunities.
Distribution of new product launches.
Drive growth into retail channels including pharmacy and HFS.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and develop solutions to address their needs whilst meeting business objectives.
Skills and Profesional Development: They offer an extensive range of products so there will be an element of learning initially.
As a business they have a strong footprint within the complementary medicine and OTC market, making new and existing sales much easier!
Naturopath qualifications are preferred but applicants are welcome that have 3+ years' experience in an Account Management/Business Development role, experience must come from complementary medicine and/or OTC industries.
Strong networks and partnerships are already in place with key accounts in Australia's pharmacy/HFS Channel, this opportunity offers the chosen applicant the chance to expand within their patch!
Ability to work creatively with agility, open-mindedness, and in a fast-paced environment.
Benefits: $75,000 to $85,000 base plus vehicle allowance, super, and bonus ($135k package).
