This rare opportunity will see you working from home with full flexibility. Your performance will be the only KPI seeing you developed into a business leadership or higher remunerated role tailored to your own goals and ambitions.  Responsibilities: Strategically approach and open up enquiries to provide full time Permanent Recruitment services to new clients.  Proactively hunt for new business using LinkedIn, Seek & company database to attract candidates for various roles across Australia. Be supported by an internal resource team - focus on new business without being slowed down. Use your empathy and intelligence to understand businesses Goals and Drivers - seek to understand and add value (not sell at all costs.)  Be supported to Ethically Close & Influence, developing yourself an excellent market reputation.  Make phone, face to face and online introductions, build rapport and open up new opportunities for your team and the companies growth.  Report weekly and work autonomously Proactively work with your client manager to ask for feedback and have no call hesitation when contacting new prospects.  Be personally dissatisfied with anything but excellent results.  Experience:  This role can start part time or full-time (hours negotiable based on value) we seek a professional with high standards who will be self motivated, proactive and overdeliver.  MUST have B2B / B2C Sales experience 5+ Years. Must enjoy the hunt and opening up new enquiries, you must love sales and enjoy the thrill of winning new business.  Excellent ability to work on Microsoft Teams and the availability to interview on Microsoft Teams.  Sales Skills, sales fundamentals, closing, pitching, negotiating - trained in cold calling and not reliant on warm calls.  High level CRM experience.  Hunger and a drive to make commission on top off your base through over performance.  Thinking outside the box, you take initiative to search , get on the phone and present solutions to your client manager.  Look for ways it can be done, not excuses why it isn't done. Build rapport with your team, ask questions and be collaborative as we all work together to serve our clients, make money and have fun.  This role offers freedom and the ability to live your life and earn well in a supportive environment where you can grow and develop your career.

A totally supportive company with zero micro-management.  The Rewards: Hourly Rate + Commission for the first three months. 
200k P.A OTE (base and commission)
