Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:Strategic Planning and Market Research:Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.Develop and implement business growth strategies aligned with company goals.Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, including emerging markets and segments.Creating the Business Model:Develop a professional business model that reflects all company services and enhances its competitive edge.Design the business model to achieve the company's aspirations and support its future strategies.Ensure the business model aligns with market changes and investment opportunities.Market Segmentation:Implement market segmentation based on customer data and market analysis.Accurately identify target segments to direct marketing efforts toward the most profitable and impactful groups.Analyze the needs of target segments to ensure the delivery of services and products that meet their expectations.Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:Identify potential clients, including property owners, investors, and partners.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry professionals.Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.Networking and Partnerships:Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences.Develop strategic alliances and partnerships to foster business growth.Proposal Development and Presentations:Prepare and present business proposals, investment opportunities, and growth plans.Collaborate with internal teams to design marketing materials and pitch decks.Sales and Revenue Generation:Meet or exceed revenue targets through active sales efforts and client engagement.Track and report on key performance metrics related to business development initiatives.Team Collaboration and Leadership:Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives.Provide insights and feedback to improve services and enhance customer satisfaction.Train the team on the new business model and ensure alignment with the company's strategic objectives.Job RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role in the real estate industry is mandatory.Expertise in designing business models and conducting market analysis and segmentation.Strong understanding of real estate markets, trends, and investment opportunities.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.Strong organizational and time management skills.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
