your role List new properties for management  Prospect for new business Work closely with the Sales and Property Management teams to identify and generate referrals Conduct market appraisals Market and lease properties  Manage your listings for the first few months before handing over to the Property Management team  Monday - Friday only  Healthy flow of warm leads and realistic KPI's  Generous base salary and commission structure  your advantage Prior experience working as a Property Manager is essential    Agents Representative Certificate or equivalent Reliable car and drivers license  your casa contact: Alice Murray, Senior Consultant
