We're looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Manager to join our client's Brisbane team and lead their brand's expansion efforts.

If you're passionate about growth and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is your chance to make a real impact! KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead Activation & Generation : Achieve set KPIs focused on lead activation and generation, emphasizing unique lead generation through in-person engagement.
Drive high lead activity with an assertive approach to meeting sales targets and ensuring a strong conversion rate.
Event Set-up and Management : Take charge of planning, setting up, and running events that drive lead generation.
Represent the brand at industry events, personal development days, and training sessions.
Student Recruitment & Lead Conversion : Source, develop, and convert industry leads to meet and exceed enrolment targets, using creative recruitment strategies and partnerships.
Relationship & Stakeholder Management : Build and maintain relationships with prospective students, club owners, managers, and industry partners.
Act as a brand ambassador, effectively promoting products and services aligned with sales and marketing strategies.
Cross-Organizational Collaboration & Events : Work with internal teams and external stakeholders to align with enrolment goals, and lead career events that engage key industry partners.
Marketing & Brand Presence : Support marketing campaigns to boost brand visibility and ensure professional display of marketing materials at partner locations.
Data-Driven Marketing & Reporting : Develop reports on enrolment efforts, sales, revenue, and student progression, using data to refine marketing strategies and consistently achieve KPIs.
Enrolment Process Management : Oversee the enrolment process from initial contact through to graduation, ensuring exceptional service standards.
REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a business development role, sales executive, or related field (fitness industry experience is a plus).
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build lasting relationships.
Self-motivated, competitive, and results-oriented.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong time management and prioritization skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Power Point, Excel) and CRM software.
Experience in the RTO or Higher Education sector is preferred but not essential.
