About the role
Full-time role with heavy focus on Client communication A variety of administration and client work Ownership of the designated brands and responsibility to work within the specified brand team Support the delivery of high-quality client services Assist Client and Project Managers to manage leads, scope opportunities and coordinate with estimation team Facilitate timely submission of tenders/quotations Following up and communicating with internal and external customers throughout the tender/live projects Full ownership of sales pipeline for your team Develop and implement strong reporting structure back to your key clients Assist in the successful management of live projects - dealing with internal and external stakeholders throughout the project life cycle Regular reporting concerning project status by coordinating with internal departments To be successful you must possess the following
