Our office is located in Ormeau.About the roleFull-time role with heavy focus on Client communicationA variety of administration and client workOwnership of the designated brands and responsibility to work within the specified brand teamSupport the delivery of high-quality client servicesAssist Client and Project Managers to manage leads, scope opportunities and coordinate with estimation teamFacilitate timely submission of tenders/quotationsFollowing up and communicating with internal and external customers throughout the tender/live projectsFull ownership of sales pipeline for your teamDevelop and implement strong reporting structure back to your key clientsAssist in the successful management of live projects - dealing with internal and external stakeholders throughout the project life cycleRegular reporting concerning project status by coordinating with internal departmentsTo be successful you must possess the followingHigh attention to detailStrong organisation and time management skillsProficiency with MS OfficeHave a friendly team approachAbility to work within tight time frames and a passion for successfully delivering projectsPrevious experience within the signage industryMotivation and drive to excel in an exciting industryIf this position sounds like it would suit you, please get in touch as we would love to hear from you.
