The Role:  We are actively seeking a dynamic and sales-driven individual to join our team as a Business Development Manager within our Power Technique Service team.

Reporting to the Business Line Manager – Power Technique Service, you will utilise your strong understanding of the sales process to develop and deliver on Marketing/Territory plans which support revenue growth within our direct and indirect channels to market.
You will be the face of Power Technique Service to our end customers and distributors, utilising your consultative selling techniques to achieve sustainable, profitable sales and market share growth.
You will assume the end-to-end sales responsibilities from generating enquiries, customer visits, understanding technical applications, quotes, T&C's and associated operational sales aspects as required.
This is a hands-on, business development role within a supportive team.
Regular local and domestic travel and occasional international travel required to ensure sales support and development in this region.
What we expect from you:  Demonstrated knowledge and experience developing both direct and indirect sales channels.Experience in sales planning, territory management, distributor management, and Key Account Management.Sound understanding of effective consultative selling techniques, market analysis, and closing new business opportunities.Knowledge of Compressed Air Systems, Dewatering Pumps, and Power Generation products.A technical degree and/or mechanical trade qualification (desired but not essential).Extensive experience selling Parts and Service products (service contracts, fixed price plans etc.
).High level of analytical skills and attention to detail.High level of communication and organisational skills.Experience using SAP CRM and ERP platforms.Available to travel interstate regularly and occasional travel overseas.What you can expect from us:  Birthday Leave (Have a day off on us!
