About the role: We are currently recruiting a Business Development Manager to focus on B2 B, with Mortgage Brokers being your main target.
We work solely with Finsure Mortgage Brokers, having secured the exclusive 'Property Investment partner' position on the Finsure Services Panel.
Your role will be to work with new and existing Brokers to educate them on how they can partner with W.
ST to introduce Property Investing to their clients, resulting in an additional income stream.
Reporting to the CEO, your responsibilities will include: Effectively communicate products and service offerings and maintain a consistent level of partner engagement and communication.
Actively monitor and understand individual business needs and respond effectively to requirements.
Facilitate new sales opportunity referrals from Broker partners.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Finsure and Mortgage Brokers.

The successful candidate will have: Extensive business development experience working in property investment sales or financial services (e.g., banks).
Experience in implementing new and existing business strategies and achieving sales targets.
A sound understanding of the property market and of mortgage financing.
Self-driven to develop and execute sales strategies.
Ability to adapt and change sales approach according to market conditions.
B2 B relationship experience.
