We seek a Business Development Manager to drive new business growth in the ANZ packaging industry. Responsibilities include hunting for new clients, strategic sales planning, and implementing sales initiatives. You'll analyse market trends, develop proposals, and ensure customer satisfaction through regular engagement. Description Key Responsibilities: Strategic Sales Planning: Analyse sales data, develop call strategies, monitor market trends, and plan contract renewals. Client Relationship Management: Maintain customer relations through regular contact, conduct reviews, and respond to queries. Sales Strategy Development: Create proposals and negotiate contracts while aligning with company goals. Coaching & Development: Resolve customer issues and foster a value-driven culture. Sales Administration: Manage customer data, participate in sales meetings, and provide team reports. Profile The successful candidate will have a strong passion for hunting new business and a proactive mindset, always seeking out opportunities to drive growth. They will demonstrate self-autonomy, confidently managing their own schedule and initiatives while taking ownership of their results. With a sophisticated approach to relationship building, they will engage effectively with clients at all levels, leveraging their excellent communication and negotiation skills. This individual will be strategic, innovative, and adaptable, thriving in a sales environment while consistently delivering exceptional outcomes.
