DHL e Commerce Australia is looking for talented candidates to join us as Business Development Manager in Sydney, NSW.
Responsibilities include: Customers Manage and grow a portfolio of customers and potential customers via personal sales visits, using face-to-face contact to provide a 'personal service'.
Lead and manage customer presentations and proposals, quarterly reviews, ensuring there is a common understanding of service expectations and solutions.
Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients.
Ensure a consultative selling approach, becoming customers' and prospects' trusted advisor.
Continually develop knowledge of DHL e Commerce products/services and general commercial awareness to provide the best possible solutions to customers.
Build strong client relationships to ensure that the account performs and grows to its maximum potential, reducing attrition rate and minimizing opportunities for competitors to gain business.
Head of Sales Oceania Provide national customer account revenue and activity reporting, as required by Sales Management.
DHL e Commerce Sales Team Provide support to and work cooperatively with other members of the Sales Team to achieve targets and objectives.
Also ensure they have the tools to achieve individual revenue targets.
Accomplish own tasks in support of team goals and actively offer to help colleagues.
Support group decisions.
Act as the customers' DHL e Commerce resource point of contact, liaising closely with the relevant departments within DHL to ensure all queries, problems, or issues are dealt with appropriately.
Establish and implement short- and long-range goals and objectives with the team.
Participate in regular weekly sales meetings and 1-on-1s, and monthly Town Halls.
Key Capabilities: Ability to manage and develop relationships and negotiate at all levels of management in a customer organization.
Computer software literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point).

Proactive. Experience: 5 years' experience in Sales.
