This is a well-known real estate business focusing on Newcastle and the surrounding region.
This is an opportunity for someone who is hardworking, who wants to be working with one of the top-performing teams in the Newcastle Region.

The sales team will set up a number of market appraisals & filter through hot leads from their personal database, the structure encourages agents to pass on potential business through to the Business Development Manager.

If you are a hardworking and motivated individual who has your sights firmly set on nothing but success, then this is your chance to affiliate yourself with an elite team.

Your day-to-day tasks will include.

Manage New Business Enquiries through business & internal referrals Work closely with the Sales Agents & Property Managers to optimise the databases & rent roll Maintain and develop client relationships Offer professional advice to clients Market appraisals - sometimes with the sales agents Cultivate & hunt down fresh new business leads Leasing of new properties The Candidate: A current Real Estate Certificate of Registration Previous experience in a Real Estate business development role is desirable Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills Have great attention to detail and take pride in what you do Excellent time management skills Be a strong team player The Benefits: Generous salary package with commissions Genuinely high-performing environment Fun, Social & down to earth team Amazing office incentives To Apply
