For 2025, we are seeking a results-driven and strategic-thinking individual to join our team as a Business Development Manager who will oversee sales and growth throughout Central Queensland and Bowen Basin region targeting the mining, manufacturing, and associated industries offering our recruitment and labour hire services.
Some key responsibilities include:
Researching mining and manufacturing trends and identifying potential clients and prospective business opportunitiesBuilding and maintaining rapport with client visits throughout the local and mining region servicing client's current and future workforce requirementsDeveloping and implementing sales strategies to expand the company's customer baseTo be successful, the ideal candidate will possess:
Proven track record of success in business development or sales rolesFamiliarity with labour hire/recruitment agency/shutdown project works (highly regarded)Strong business acumen and sound understanding of market dynamics, laws, acts, and industrial awardsExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsCurrent driver license and ability for frequent travel around QueenslandYou will be rewarded with:
