We are currently seeking an energetic, customer-focused Business Development Manager - Mining to join our team in Perth.
This role offers a fantastic opportunity to shape the future of UGL's growing Mining sector, based in Western Australia.
Your Role: As the Business Development Manager – Mining, you will be instrumental in maintaining and expanding UGL's Mining customer base across Western Australia.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Building and nurturing strong relationships with key Mining clients, including Rio Tinto, BHP and FMGDeveloping strategic account plans to achieve sales and financial forecastsLeading strategic tenders and driving business development initiativesSupporting UGL's OHV Unit Exchange (UTEX) program, focusing on growing our WA presenceReporting on sales performance, ensuring continuous improvement and growthAbout You: You are a passionate Business Development or Account Management professional with a strong background in Mining, Civil Infrastructure, or Construction.
Your ability to communicate effectively, think strategically, and build long-term relationships makes you a standout candidate.
Other key skills and experience include:
