Business Development Manager - Mining and Industrial The next step in your career starts here… Salary + vehicle + quarterly bonus scheme Permanent full-time position Based in Coates Kingston or Eagle Farm branch, the Business Development Manager is responsible for managing market intelligence, the opportunity pipeline and actively hunting revenue and contracts for Power & HVAC. This role is pivotal to finding new business opportunities and formulating winning strategies and relationships to get new business.
Relentlessly contribute to growing the organisations share of wallet by deeply understanding the market and driving/enabling effective sales behaviour to win contracts. Listen to and communicate with the customer to deliver winning turnkey solutions, and fiercely outperform the competition. Spend maximum time with the Coates sales force and in the field with the customer; Target and tactfully engage with key customers and decision makers; questioning and deeply understanding the customers' business and needs; presenting winning solutions; maximising share of wallet at every opportunity. Actively seek out intelligence about business trends, the market, competitor activities and threats, and business development opportunities to drive effectiveness in account management plans.
