A market leading and highly reputable Residential Builder & Property Developer with strong relationships throughout the industry.
You will be joining a company that has already achieved great success and is a trusted name, but is also in a high growth phase and expanding their wholesales sales team.

The Role
Reporting to the GM of Wholesale, you will develop and implement sales strategies to generate new business leads and expand the company's database of Sydney channel partners, leveraging off your existing knowledge, experience and relationships to identify and pursue new business opportunities and increase sales and revenue. There are existing relationships in place so you will be walking into a warm opportunity and existing team.
You will establish and maintain strong long-term relationships, develop and implement weekly contact strategies to channel groups, present to and educate your channels partners, negotiate and close deals, develop strong knowledge of current market conditions and trends particularly within the MD/townhome sector, manage the CRM, and ultimately achieve set sales targets.

Skills, Qualifications & Experience Previous experience in a similar BDM / Relationship Manager / Channel Sales Manager roleExperience & knowledge in House & Land and Medium Density/TownhomesExisting relationships with channels based in SydneyStrong relationship management skills, and effective communication and presentation skillsBest suited to a high-performing, self-driven & tenacious individual who strives for excellence and wants to align themselves with a like-minded team and companyCurrent licence and own vehicle, with the ability to travel monthly to VIC if requiredCulture & Benefits

This position is available for an immediate start for the successful candidate (or with a 4 week notice period). It is a remote position, WFH and on the road but with possible monthly travel interstate to Melbourne.
A salary comprised of a competitive base salary and uncapped incentives for each sale is on offer, negotiable upon your experience, in addition to a laptop, mobile phone and the business, marketing and executive support to see you succeed.
