Job Responsibilities - Create, develop and nurture lasting relationships with clients for continuous business development.
The role will be involved in lead generation and its conversion to sales.
Perform market research to determine industry trend and apply gained insights in achieving business opportunities.
Keep the leadership apprised with market intelligence which includes insights about competitors on a recurring basis.
Design and deliver a reporting approach to inform key stakeholders of marketing milestones.
Develop a company-wide strategy to sustain existing business relationships and penetrate new market opportunities.
Comprehensively grasp the hotel's sales vision, around its offerings, services, and pricing strategies, to effectively achieve business goals.
Proactively drive sales and sales appointments with clients which can involve interstate travels, facilitation of networking conventions, site inspection and familiarisation visits.
Proactively sell the hotel services and amenities to the leisure market to increase the hotel revenue and establish strong presence for the hotel brand.
Collaborate with multiple departments to achieve a streamlined management of sales and new business opportunities.
Demonstrated track record of achieving exceptional outcomes within a comparable business setting.
Proficient comprehension of the hospitality industry in the Northern Territory.
Exceptional analytical skills and effective communication abilities.
Thorough understanding of online distribution, eCommerce, and digital marketing.
Advanced organizational and computer proficiencies.
Effective skills in understanding multi-brands represented in the Hotels to achieve a solid presence in the market.
Proven discipline in seeing projects through to completion and ensure business objectives are met.
Acumen in lead generations until sales closure including the thoroughness in the handover to property once contract is secured.
Familiarity with financial statements and ability to identify strengths and weaknesses from the financial reports.
Skills & Experience - Minimum of 2 years' experience in a relevant role and strong exposure in the Hospitality industry.
Proficient in computer systems and MS Office applications Effective people management skills Demonstrates professionalism and maturity in business engagements.

Job Type - Full Time Salary - $85000 to $95000 per annum Job Location - Northern Territory
