YOUR ROLE
Due to continued growth, our client is seeking to engage a new Business Development Manager to account manage existing accounts whilst developing new business for mailing and logistic automation solutions. Reporting direct to the Managing Director, this role is responsible for the Australia and New Zealand Region and will require the candidate to provide a combination of relationship-based sales with current clients and the ability to identify and qualify new clients.
This role will also require you to:
Manage and service existing accounts and establish new accounts
Find the optimal solutions between customers' specifications and company standards
Sales and project management support
Support for the market launch of new products and system solutions
Sales support through the technical preparation of offers
Meet or exceed sales targets
Maintain the CRM system

In-depth knowledge of current industry standards in the area of process and control technology
Familiarity with the standards of modern data transmission hardware and software
Use of Microsoft Office Suite, MS Teams, and CRM systems
Knowledge of check weighing and x-ray equipment
Knowledge and understanding of the parcel and intralogistics industry and system integrator relationships
Proven background in meeting and exceeding set targets/KPIs
Ability to meet travel requirements
