About the role:
Are you a motivated and proactive professional with a passion for business growth? Join our team as a Business Development Manager in Central Victoria and be the driving force behind expanding our LPG business. In this role, you'll leverage your expertise in sales and cold calling to uncover new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and lead initiatives that drive our growth in the commercial market.
This is an exciting opportunity to work directly with the Regional Sales Manager, contributing to the dynamic energy sector. You'll be at the forefront of identifying, securing, and developing commercial opportunities across Central and North East Victoria, positioning yourself for future growth within Origin.
Key responsibilities:
Identify and secure new business opportunities through proactive cold calling, door knocking and networking.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline utilising CRM tools and resources.
Provide market insights and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions.
Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams, amplifying sales leads.
Manage your territory by traveling across Central and North East Victoria to meet potential clients.
What you will bring:
Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally within the energy or industrial sectors.
Strong cold calling and door-knocking skills with a hunter mindset.
Exceptional relationship management abilities with a customer-centric approach.
Effective sales pipeline management and CRM proficiency.
Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with the broader team.
A valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the region.
