In this newly created position, you will have the opportunity to be a part of the growth phase of the organisation's Mining division, working closely with the Head of Strategic Accounts and Head of Sales. You will be leading business development activities. This opportunity will allow you to have an impact during this exciting time for the business and allow you to establish yourself with the organisation as the division continues to expand

Working with clients on their domestic and international logistics needs, they pride themselves on their strategic solutions approach, people-based culture and their reputation in the industry
Description Identify current and upcoming market opportunities for the business through various business development strategies with a focus on the Mining sectorWork with the wider team on proposals and tenders, providing the best possible opportunity to win on business opportunitiesBuild and maintain relationships with key clients Work closely with key stakeholders, driving solutions and long term relationshipsAttend various networking events and other business opportunities to build strong relationships, positively represent the brand and develop potential opportunities Profile Experience as a Business Development Manager or Sales Representative within Logistics or Mining related industries highly regardedAbility to drive new business with a hunter mentality Excellent customer service, communication and negotiating abilities Motivated and determined, with the ability to prioritise and understand urgency when working with clients Understanding of key market sectors, develop sales strategies and the ability to work autonomously with an outcome focusFull Drivers Licence and the ability to travel one week out of 6 -8 weeksJob Offer Opportunity to establish yourself and work directly with the Head of Strategic Accounts and Head of Sales, with clear progression opportunities within the businessFlexible Work from Home opportunitiesRegular Team lunches and opportunities to attend sporting or related events through the companyVarious staff discounts available and end of year holidays and prizesQuarterly bonuses on top of salary and benefitsTo apply online please click the 'Apply' button below.
