Paying a $100,000 - $120,000 + Super + Car allowance - uncapped commissions The role will be fairly autonomous - dealing with a portfolio of key clients on a day-to-day basis as well as developing new business through sales strategy, market development, and client relationships.
SELL FULL PORTFOLIO OF LIGHTING PRODUCTS SELLING TO ENGINEERS, ARCHITECTS, INTERIOR DESIGNS, AND MORE Develop an in-depth customer understanding to identify areas the Company can bring greatest value to grow our business share.
Identify new business opportunities with prospective customers.
Develop and implement a territory action plan through comprehensive data analysis, and adjust sales techniques based on interactions and results in the field.
Provide product presentations to customers and offer appropriate lighting solutions to meet their expectations.
Convert technical features into customer benefits (understanding the larger system application of our solutions).
The Candidate The ideal candidate will be coming from an existing LIGHTING sales background, selling a product or similar within the industry.
Having an interior design or architect background would be great, but not necessary.
Due to the nature of the product, my client would also look at peripheral industries such as furniture and flooring.
You will be well-presented and hungry to make sales and network with individuals in the field.
