As a Business Development Manager at EIR, you will be responsible for identifying and contacting potential clients to generate a new stream of business. You will develop and maintain relationships with potential customers to ensure continued growth and success.
What do we need from you?
Proven Business Development/Sales experience A proven track record in creating new business and fostering long-lasting relationships Strong knowledge of the Labour Hire Industry Well-developed contacts and relationships within the aforementioned industries The ability to develop and implement a strategic business development plan and meet sales and revenue targets Strong interpersonal skills – You must be able to adapt your style to suit different situations and personalities You must be able to listen as well as you can talk so that you can identify a client's needs and provide solutions We offer a competitive remuneration package but more importantly, we are offering a career where you grow as fast as we do.
