As part of our dynamic, fast-paced team, you'll be responsible for generating outbound leads, converting them into valuable new customers, and managing major client accounts. You'll also provide vital support to the Commercial Director with key tasks such as tender submissions, client meetings, and account management.

Your ResponsibilitiesOversee tasks across Kogan.com's Commercial ecosystem, including Logistics, Sales, and tender applications.Qualify and manage inbound/outbound sales inquiries, from quoting to invoicing and delivery.Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations.Proactively drive sales and identify commercial opportunities through cold and warm outreach.Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and key clients.Manage day-to-day operations of large client accounts and recommend tailored solutions.Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely, accurate delivery.Prepare regular account reports and sales forecasts.Resolve client issues efficiently and meet sales targets.What You'll NeedTo be successful in this role, you should be:
University Degree qualified in a relevant field (Business, Commerce, Marketing etc).Commercially savvy, with demonstrated experience and success within a Sales role.Highly analytical and logical, and always looking for new areas of opportunity.Able to develop strong relationships while driving solid commercial outcomes, through excellent communication and negotiation skills.Have developed exceptional time management skills, being able to effectively manage multiple projects and timelines successfully.Tech savvy and able to use various IT and cloud-based tools to improve efficiency and productivity.Ready to challenge, be challenged, and work within our highly disruptive business model.Why Kogan.com?Work with an incredible team to solve important challenges, helping to drive Australia and New Zealand's eCommerce future.
