About the Role As an expert in hunting all new IT Consultancy opportunities, you'll be a creative and forward-thinking addition to the DWS team. You'll generate leads, actively seek and respond to tenders, and manage the end-to-end bid process. This is a demanding and challenging role, offering the opportunity to help shape our well-established Adelaide office and the wider Australia & NZ business.
About You You're a real 'go-getter' with an impressive network of major enterprise scale customer contacts. You generate new leads through your networks, LinkedIn, or by making connections. You value long-term client relationships and have a record of success in your area of expertise.
Your Career So Far Likely, you will have come from an outbound sales or business development role, working with major tier 1 enterprise scale customers in:
Professional services for IT or Tech Solutions (not SaaS products) IT / technology talent or augmentation services Your Skills and Experience Previous experience in a similar all new business development role in a professional services / consulting organization Experience with major Tier 1, enterprise scale and/or government clients Strong understanding of technology (Cloud, Data, Software Development, Testing, Automation) Established enterprise scale client network in Adelaide Ability to work in a consultative and collaborative way Proven experience building a new sales pipeline in various industry sectors Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong understanding of the sales cycle Ability to apply sales methodologies to various solutions and clients Compensation and Benefits We offer a generous compensation package ($150K+ base with uncapped commissions) and professional development opportunities.
