About the Position A rare opportunity awaits a motivated Business Development Manager looking to join an industry leader and first class builder in the investment market. 
Our client has 2 major relationships to hand over to this person which generate a large amount of business each month. The purpose of the role will be to service, nurture and manage these major accounts. 
Backed by an established business framework and an adaptive approach to client engagement, this role opens doors to a lucrative venture. 
Skills and Experience:  We're on the lookout for candidates who bring the following qualities to the table:
Experience in investment channel sales in the residential housing market  Able to work with volume with a high attention to detail Customer-centric to the core, your adeptness in customer service and client management sets you apart.
