So let's talk today!Job DetailsGordon Brothers has joined the JCI family and as we continue to innovate and grow, we are looking for 3 x Business Development Managers to join our Industrial Refrigeration team. This role will focus on hunting new Industrial Refrigeration (IR) and Heat Pump (HP) opportunities across all verticals in Australia to achieve a designated sales target and develop profitable business with new and existing customers.The role involves:Develop short- and long-range sales plans and prepare sales strategies and submissions to reach nominated targets.Deliver assigned business plan in terms of secured sales volume ($) and gross margin ($).Manage all elements of SFDC, legal review and bid management during the sales process, to meet DOA and approval compliance.Provide information to management regarding the IR industry and recommend plans to maximise future business in line with the IR growth strategy.What we are looking for:Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Sales or related area desirable but not essential.3+ years appropriate sales experience.Industrial Refrigeration experience with Products and solution sales.Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.Excellent Leadership skills, strategic thinker, demonstrated accountability.Excellent negotiating skills, able to achieve the win – win solution.Excellent influencer at all organisational levels, including the ability to develop credibility and trust quickly with senior managers/decision makers.Excellent networking skills.Why Johnson Controls?Being a Global company, you will work with some of the best people in the industry.
